add file for xCO2 and CFCs - fix C1D_MED_PAPA : forgot the si3 key -- only last cfg to fix is ORCA2_OFF_MEDUSA wfich fails weirdly at restart.

adapt namelists and files to make the different SETTE tests run -- still not working : retart-test of OFF configs and C1D_MEDUSA

complete the MEDUSA sette tests config and scripts. -- started to test; ORCA2_MEDUSA works, but not yet the others

add different config to test -- i now miss to make a section to add in sette_reference_config.sh for each and to test as well

update nemo to get a working SETTE test and update add_msa_to_nemo to make sure namelist_ref is up-to-date

fix several issues in this commit : river concentration-based are not spread down to a depth given by nemo, following the fresh water, but instead down to a chosen max depth -- max river depth is now specified in the namelist -- do not check and call abort in trcbio_medusa but add MEDUSA tests with NEMOs in stpctl at the end of timestep. it s all done and reported at the same time

correct T2D-A2D in btd-air-sea + make sure bio_check is not called it we want to use the except fix + use NEMO stp_ctp to write the output.abort file at the end of run. This way, bio_check should never be called again, excep in case of problem with T - which is not checked in stp_ctl

add different river related improvements and better checks and add river outputs in the file_def_medusa xml file.
