Re-format of scripts and extra functions need documenting

So far to construct the documentation of the cdm mapper I have re-formatted the code (so all lines in the scripts are inline with the correct space and Python syntax) but that sits in a separate branch call cdm. I think it will try to merge this branch to the main one to avoid confusion, I will test the code again with a few decks (just to check that nothing is broken) and probably document the rest of functions that need description.
Current docs are hosted in GitHub pages under: https://glamod.github.io/cdm_mapper_documentation/index.html
And I will be pushing a updated documentation at the end of the week.
