json file for deck 730, code tables in different languages

CLIWOC has fields for which the code tables are in different languages.

  1. Platform sub types: To find the CDM code for these platform subtypes we would require translations of the the type of ship. image image

  2. Wind force scales are also given in different languages. Although for this there are code tables, under /noc/mpoc/surface_data/CLIWOC_TABLE

Do we need to care about this for mapping to the CDM?
