Correct existing README

  • Update all localhost port numbers corresponding to the app running (e.g. port 3000 --> 8087 for clients endpoint)
  • Payload for POST /clients
  • Undocumented running certain scripts/dependencies (i.e. python adapter to pip install -r requirements-dev.txt)
  • Include Prerequisites for each repository, to ensure correct set up / testing of components. (I.e. testing the example web client).
  • Any other spotted corrections needed
