Transform message within decode function and parse with poll()
- Change the adapter so
decode()gives back the transformed message -
poll()gives back the parsed and decoded messages and then the software component could handle the post to positions with the responses from poll - Update tests
- TODO: Inform Simon that the adapter will be updated & hydrosurv-adapter will need to be either updated/fixed to pick up fixed version
