Transform message within decode function and parse with poll()

  • Change the adapter so decode() gives back the transformed message
  • poll() gives back the parsed and decoded messages and then the software component could handle the post to positions with the responses from poll
  • Update tests
  • TODO: Inform Simon that the adapter will be updated & hydrosurv-adapter will need to be either updated/fixed to pick up fixed version
