Move bdd features into a separate repository
The idea is that we can have a shared set of feature definitions implemented for each port of the adapter in the relevant language framework. That way we know that all the implementations of the adapter meet the same set of shared requirements.
We implement Python and JS and potentially Hydrosurv implement C#
