Are the instruction sets defined in the right place?
Instruction sets
As I understand it the plan for Ben's matrix is:
- Pilots upload the files to the grid cells (not sure how the grid itself gets defined)
- PI chooses which options of the matrix to enable/disable
- Those options are passed as instruction set payloads in the instructions section of the planning configuration
I'm assuming this is top-level specification-wide option (not a choice per squad/group/platform)
I guess if we did have a multi-platform-type operation, sending the same instruction set to different platform types wouldn't make sense so I guess the question is -
Is this a one-off MAS-DT thing in which case the current message design does what we need for MAS-DT or is this a design we think was want to use for other campaigns?
If we think it's useful beyond MAS-DT I guess we maybe need to move the available instructions block in the planning_configuration down to the squad (group) level.
