What are the final details of this? Are we going for
nucleus.noc.ac.uk? Do I just need to ask IT for a cert and DNS for that specifically and they'll send me back everything I need, or is there more info I need to provide? I assume it's very similar to how we refresh certs anyway, but without the wildcarding.added Status::In Progress label and removed Status::Sprint Backlog label
