Fix readme, make public, share with partners

  • Copy over readme feedback
  • Fix readme
    • Update all localhost port numbers corresponding to the app running (e.g. port 3000 --> 8087 for /clients endpoint)
    • Payload content for POST /clients
    • Any undocumented running of scripts/dependencies (i.e. python adapter to pip install -r requirements-dev.txt)
    • Include Prerequisites for the necessary repositories, to ensure correct set up / testing of components. (I.e. testing the example web client).
  • Make repo public
  • Send email out to partners
