Correct existing README

  • Update all localhost port numbers corresponding to the app running (e.g. port 3000 --> 8087 for clients endpoint)
  • Payload for POST /clients
  • double check/update the port GET http://localhost:5000/receive?client_id=\[client_id\]&secret=\[secret\]
  • Any other spotted corrections needed
