Get the NOC C2 Nucleus adapter service setup (with creds)
- Confirm send working
- Confirm receive working
Auditor

Get the python adapter example clients setup on the VM as an auditor of all the messages
- test running with creds

- Make sure we're running the latest (correct) branches of everything
