Make create_client.py script return existing credentials for an existing client
..and add the API endpoint to the output so the response can be used as-is as a config file.
This is required so the ansible can setup the frontend.
- Make return existing client if already exists
- Add API endpoint to args and response
- Add option to output only JSON
