Doc: Run full example client
Create a document that lists full step-by-step instructions and/or points to the relevant README's from theother repositories and any prerequisites.
This document should capture the full flow of running the example web client with the soar_bus & api followed by the client set up, example/run. This is for partners to test and understand the flow + required environment setup (e.g. running 4-5 virtual env instances to test the flow with a ready-made solution.
