Pandas Intxx type: new type that supports IntegerNaN
As from version 0.24.0 a new pandas integer type group (Intxx) supports integer NaNs

Do we want to integrate this capability so that we don't need to be checking for integer elements being casted to floating points when there are gaps?

Is there going to be any issue...? What minimums should we check?
