Pandas Intxx type: new type that supports IntegerNaN

As from version 0.24.0 a new pandas integer type group (Intxx) supports integer NaNs

  • Do we want to integrate this capability so that we don't need to be checking for integer elements being casted to floating points when there are gaps?

  • Is there going to be any issue...? What minimums should we check?
