Delete old tempate in favour of Ash's structure

Updated ARCH path as $GITCLONE subdir

Added a $GITCLONE dir. Clearly this needs a better pathname than BoBEAS

Define $GITCLONE to hold the Generic stuff

Need to implement a more general way to access the ARCH files such they are called as part of the git clone.
