masked initial conditions using salinity

In the process of stabilising a run from CMEMS initial conditions a mask file was generated using
ncap2 -O -s 'where(vosaline <=30.) vosaline=0' initcd_origz_mask.nc initcd_origz_mask.nc
Though this might manage erroneous low salinity at the bed caused by interpolation from values that should have been masked, it might undesirably mask out coastal points.
