time indices are mismatched in the interpolation routine

The src_time array refers to the entire data set specified at the outset, whereas the filename array has been sub sampled for the extraction. This can lead to issues when indexing the bdy data in the time interpolation routine. Need to investigate this is an issue that has made it into v0.1.0
