not used code in rutils

Hello @eck

There is another list of pieces of code that does not seem to be called by any R script in /rscripts/ :

  1. read_imma1.R

  2. read_imma1short.R

  3. read_imma1sup.R

  4. remove_output_files.R

  5. fix_usmm_705to707cors_func.R

Would you like them to be a function or move them to /rscripts/ . They don't seem to be part of the Workflow. Should we make another repository called read_imma_miscellaneous or something like that?
