Updates to scripts to drive processing and for slurm
The scripts under scr are very old. The versions I run are here:
/gws/nopw/j04/glosat/development/data/interim/HOSTACE_PROC/SUBSCR/run_full.bsh
- there are other versions that run part of the processing
