run_disj_track2.R has a call to a script that needs converting to a function under icoads.utils:

/noc/users/eck/nocgit/icoads-r-hostace/rscripts/spline_qc.R

also - rename to run_disj_track.R & change output directory from DISJTR_NEW to DISJTR - this dir change also affects run_joins.R
