Refactor test to not allow schema validation for additional properties & examples

  • Update tests to fail if additional properties in examples found
  • Update examples:
    • fix examples used for tests
      • ecosub / platform status
        • active in sample message but not in schema
        • additional_data not typed
        • water_current_velocity not typed (format=string instead of type=string)
        • sensor_config.serial in sample message but not in schema
        • sensor_config.sensor_ID in sample message but not in schema
    • update destination to appropriate topic
    • update lat longs to Plymouth? (~ 50.32,-4.15)
  • Fix type for water_current_velocity and raw fields
