Update testData_singleHeight/dataMnt_xtrm.nc, testData_singleHeight/data_mid.nc, testData_singleHeight/data_trpc.nc, testData_singleHeight/data_xtrm.nc files

new test data, with all sensor data and additional constraint in moderate conditions for ΔT to be less than 3degC

adjusted get_height subroutine to read in multiple (3xn) height input. Added psiq as output. Included all switches jcool, gust, qmeth.

test data for moderate conditions (daily, data_mid.nc),  high wind speeds (daily, u>13m/s, data_xtrm.nc), high wind speeds (minute, u>10m/s & ΔT>6deg, dataMnt_xtrm.nc) and in the Tropics (daily, data_trpc.nc)
