issues #21-25
I have added changes to solve issues #21 (closed) , #22 (closed) , #24 (closed) , #25 (closed) .
The code has been tested only for 1840. It ran without problems making a sensible output for all the code in rscripts except nrt_dup.R

All script names and functions in icoads.utils have no longer the word new_ on a script name (.R) or in a function. All paths to functions seem to work with no problems.
If something is broken we can always go back to previous commits later.
