Switch to fake domain for adapter config

+ add catch and retry in poll method

At the moment if the backbone token secret changes
the adapter can have a token it thinks is valid but
which can no longer be decrypted by the backbone.

On a 403 error this will trigger a new token grant
and resend the request with the new token.

instructions.

There's probably a better way of handling this in rollup.

In nuxt having axios instead of @nuxtjs/axios is
causing import problems.
If this fixes it there might be a better solution.

If the mock schema is not valid then invalid messages
