MAS-DT update planning configuration message

  • rename?
  • Add primitive list
    • Add primitive schema
      • optionally timebound (a simulation is carried out at point in time based on the current forecast and therefore only valid for a short time)
      • oneOf defined primitive types with associated geometries
        • operating area
        • exclusion zone
        • exclusion feature / "obstacle"? (actual location of obstacle without buffer?)
        • transect
        • waypoint (point feature with radius or circle at that radius or both?)
        • zone (other named zone - eg scientific targets?)
        • simulation (track generated by the simulator?)
    • Validation of minimum requirements - there must be an operating area
  • Add plan id and version information
  • Add capabilities to squad information
    • Relies on changes to the mission_plan schema to enumerate the action schemas
