Rather than sending a goto to the platform the
sfmc-adapter will publish a waypoint_status message
which the c2-adapter can read and add to the
positions service as a simulated waypoint

+ remove non-hex characters from example message uuids

Following Tuesday's dev meeting ORI need to know what each
of Ben's matrix options corresponds to in terms of the
variables and values they set

- either individual properties or geojson
- add geojson test

add waypoint

+ move all schemas into formats
+ add test messages for semver, commit ref and branch

- geometries are geojson features
- classified with an instruction to the automation

This allows us to include Feature and FeatureCollection
We probably don't need FeatureCollection for now at least
We do need Feature since the primitive list will
contain a list of features of varied geometries

- revert changes to emergency schema
- remove Feature and FeatureCollection
